What Was I Supposed to Be?

I don't know what prompted me to write this post. It reflects what is and always has been my belief. I just never felt compelled to express it here until now. Our society spends a great deal of time demanding individual rights, but we don't seem to spend much time accepting individual responsibility.
This country was split wide open over the Viet Nam war, and the conflict in Iraq threatens to repeat history. In Viet Nam we mourned the loss of 58,000 Americans and demanded an end to the killing. Yet, every year we deny the right of over 500,000 Americans to be born, and no one sheds a tear. Somehow, that just doesn't seem right. This video asks a very important question. Every year, a half million unborn American babies enter into eternity asking the the question, "What Was I Supposed to Be?

"Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord. The fruit of the womb is a reward." Psalm 127:4

To paraphrase the words of Dr. Billy Graham, If God does not judge America for the practice of abortion, He will owe Sodom and Gomorrah an apology. Forgive us Lord, for I fear we do not know what we have done.

I think this falls under the category of Proverbs 31:8 "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves"...........

Excellent!

I always like to say,
Equal rights for unborn women!
