Have you ever drafted a post title, and not put any inital thoughts in the draft? Two or three weeks later you look at the draft titles and you have no idea what that title means. You have no idea what your intent was when you came up with the idea. There it is, staring back at you on your monitor "A Home For The Boomer." I have no idea why I came up with that title nor what I intended to do with it. Maybe it'll come to me. Maybe not. Am I the only one who has ever done that?

never done it..but maybe you were concerned that Chris Berman needed a new home?
I have not actually forgotten what I was going to write about but have thought I should have written something because I remember it sounding better in my mind when the idea was fresh.
I guess I am the only one.
No, it hasn't happened to me. A blogging tip that I picked up that works for me is to name the title of the post after the actual topic. I know that if I tried to get too clever with the post title, I would probably be wondering what the hell I was planning on writing about when I started the draft.
I'm jealous of the neat and tidy blogs with categories and searches...
I'm more free spirited like yourself.
One time a titled something, Awwwww.
what the heck was that about?!
You are not the only one!
I've done the opposite...written a post and not been able to come up with a title for it.
One of the worst things is to have a great idea and train of thought for a post, and start writing it, and then keep getting interrupted until ultimately the post loses what made it special and then becomes just another ordinary post.
That I've had happen.
All the time. I'm terrible at blog post titles.
You've been tagged with the Mimi's Message In a Bottle Meme :)
