This past week we lost another great television comedian, Harvey Korman. Korman was best known for being a part of the outstanding cast of the The Carol Burnett Show in the mid to late sixties. I loved this show. Harvey spent a great deal of time playing the straight man for Carol or Tim Conway, and he did it brilliantly. Tim and Harvey spent much of their time trying to break each other up during the sketches. One of my favorite comedy sketches of all time involves Tim Conway as a young dentist and Harvey as his first patient. While this clip may showcase Tim's comedy talent, the chemistry between two is evident. They were partners and friends. The world will be a little less funny without Harvey Korman.

TV just isn't this funny anymore, is it?
I used to laugh until I cried watching this show. They really don't make them like this anymore. Or class acts like the gang on Carol Burnett.
One of my all time favorites. Every time I watch this I crack up. Harvey will be missed for sure. Have a great day. :)
Travis: No, television really isn't this funny anymore. It is a shame.
Amy: The whole variety show genre is gone. I am sure production costs had something to do with it.
Sandee: I can't think of the Carol Burnett show without this clip coming to mind.
Sad he is gone... Headley Lamarr was one of my favorite all time characters....
So sad he's gone. I was spitting out my water watching this. Doesn't matter how many time you see those two, they still make me LOL!
Peace
Our family so loves these oldies!!!!
