Sunday we're celebrating the oldest grand daughter's thirteenth birthday. I have smoked these country style pork ribs. Some are boneless while others are bone-in. There will baked potatos, corn on the cob, salad, cake and ice-cream to boot. It's gonna be a big deal.

I am now officially and sincerely jealous! (I MISS BARBECUE AND PROPERLY SMOKING MEATS WITH A PASSION! The pain of living in an apartment with no balcony!)
I do hope the grand daughter had a great thirteenth birthday! My stepling will be doing fourteen shortly... I believe my pharmacist is most happy about that thanks to the next (and more expensive) level of blood pressure meds I've now had to be put on...
Oh, man those look good! I can't remember the last time I had some good BBQ ribs!
